Shea's Riverside Restaurant & Bar is an American restaurant with a focus on delicious, local seafood. We have a creative cocktail menu, an extensive wine program and offer farm-to- fork specials from our farm. Customers enjoy both inside and outside dining with a beautiful view of the Essex River.

We are hiring an experienced shift manager to help us expand back to our full capacity. Shift managers should exhibit excellent customer service, be comfortable opening and closing a restaurant as well as completing deposits, server checkouts and other paperwork at the end of a shift.

Must be able to Monitor and supervise the timely arrival of scheduled employees, be aware of unforeseen challenges like scheduling conflicts and see to it the business is adequately staffed.

Proven leadership and experience managing a diverse team is preferred.
