Job description: We are looking for a self-motivated and friendly sales associate for our jewelry store on Front Street in Lahaina. If you love beautiful things, enjoy working solo and are great at connecting with people, this is the job for you!We are a successful local business with many return customers. We sell our own collections of beautiful handmade sterling silver and gold designs with shells and gems, and gorgeous Freshwater and Tahitian Pearls.

Requirements:

- Must have sales experience and be a people person

- Must be good at keeping the store pretty and organized

- Able to work independently and be responsible for holding a store key, handle cash and credit card transactions, and perform small daily cleaning tasks.

Compensation:
Job is Full Time 4 days per week 11am - 8pm.
Pay is $18 per hour plus 5% commission based on daily sales averaging $70 to $100 per day. Benefits package included. Medical after one month and 401k after 90 days.
