A large primary care group located in Delray Beach is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join our fast-paced and growing practice. You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service to patients by working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Position Requirements:

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Billing/Coding Experience

- Familiar with ICD 10

- Managerial experience

- Can work under pressure

- Able to Multitask

- Experience with 80+ blood draws daily

- Accessioning

- Handle specimens according to policy and procedure

- Team Player

- Can work with elderly population

- Insurance knowledge a plus
