We have an immediate opening for an OTR Food Transportation Dispatcher at our Billings MT Terminal. We would prefer this team member to have a *strong background in the transportation industry.*

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

In addition to having all the basic skills of Level I Dispatcher, Level II Dispatcher will be career minded, a team player possessing full range of dispatch skills willing to learn from others and teach others while seeking to improve self and company. Expectations include but are not limited to: good working knowledge of computer program, satellite system, ability to complete all areas of paperwork, work with other dispatchers on freight procurement, customer maintenance, new customer set up and individual truck revenue. A Dispatcher must have good relational, communication, trip planning and time management skills. Dispatchers manage profitability each week for all area/assigned drivers.

The dispatcher orchestrates the coordination for all transportation services to the client. Your additional duties involve coordination and administration , as well as providing troubleshooting and/or guidance to our drivers. You may need to manage critical issues and may be required to make judgement calls when expediency is priority.

What we are looking for:

We need a candidate with previous Dispatch experience in the LTL Transportation industry. A successful dispatcher will have the ability to effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner, multi-task, have the drive and ambition to think outside the box and be a self-starter!
