Rapid Marine is currently looking to fill Sales Associate position at our location in Ham Lake, MN. Sell the BEST with fishing boats from Crestliner, Lund and Ranger. Runabouts and Deckboats from Four Winns and Glastron, and Pontoons from Berkshire.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Acquire necessary knowledge of our product lines, features and benefits of purchasing from Rapid Marine.
• You will be responsible for following up on all leads presented (via walk-ins, phone and email) in a timely and professional fashion.
• Understand the general procedures and processes associated with the sales of new and used boats.
• Responsible for closing the sale, educating the owner on how to use their new boat and follow up after the sale.
• Excellent organizational and relationship skills, with a willingness to work as a team.
• Working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the sales market and always continuing to educate yourself on new models and innovation for products we sell.
• A general curiosity of how things work and the passion to continually learn about the latest offerings from our product partners.
• Other duties as assigned.

Our Sales Environment:

• Our sales offices are open Monday thru Saturday, and Sundays in-season.
• Our sales team attends boat shows, off site events and work under flexible working schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
