We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Inbound Sales Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can answer product questions and turn leads into sales, listen to customer service issues and offer solutions. The successful candidate for this role will have strong sales and communication skills. The role will require learning our product lines and their attributes. Strong phone communication skills and organization is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls
• Professionally and accurately handle customer requests including technical and non-technical inquiries
• Monitor all incoming customer emails and website chats
• Track and update your outstanding customer orders on a daily basis
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
• Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
• Follow up with customers and internal departments to confirm that issues have been resolved in a timely manner that is satisfactory to the customer

Skills

• Proven sales experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree in a business-related field preferred)
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Schedule

• Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
