We are a small Company in Traverse City, seeking a mature, responsible “part-time” person to join our staff. Our main business is serving tool & die shops and others companies associated with the Plastic Mold & Die Industry.

This position will include computer work, occasional shipping & receiving and at times customer service. Responsibilities may also include follow up telephone, email and website inquiries.

Although this primarily is a *part time position the individual accepting this position will sporadically serve as a backup to the office manager, creating invoices in QuickBooks, answering telephones and assisting customers.

*NOTE: the Part Time position will covers 15 to 20 hours weekly!

Necessary skills include: Pleasant phone persona, attention to detail, ability to stand for extended periods of time, a strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Proficiency in all computer related areas such as Adobe PDF and Internet applications are a much desired and positive asset.

Our office is open 5 days per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Please note: Initially this position will average 15 to 20 hours per week. Availability during our business hours is a must.
