Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries. First point of contact to greet clients. Organizes all records/files regarding collections of invoices.

A minimum of one year in the healthcare field is required. Valid state Drivers License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings.

Licensure/certification/registration: Appropriate state LPN license required. Licensure/certification/registration: CMA, CCMA, RMA.

If requested, carry out receptionist duties such as answer the phone and greeting guest. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and phone calls.

All applicants must have the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and valid drivers license.
