The Little Sisters of the Poor are seeking an individual with 5 years experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field to coordinate the personnel program in such a manner that the mission of hospitality of the Little Sisters of the Poor towards the elderly with limited resources is integrated into all aspects of employee performance.
For its almost 50 employees, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for all aspects of employee relations including: ADP payroll processing, wage and benefit plan administration, hiring process, staffing schedules, policy administration and development, performance and appraisal management, staff development and recognition, worker's compensation and post-employment status.

Associate or bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent experience. Post lockbox and operating cash account activities. Assist with various aspects of payroll:
Bachelors Degree in Visual Art/Design or a similar field. Work with others who develop assets. Advanced design skills and an eye for detail.
Possesses an active CPR certification. A Registered Nurse (RN) delivers quality care consistent within the scope of practice as outlined by the local state
Be able to answer phone in a courteous manner. Responsible for maintaining accurate cash, credit, and other monetary transactions per company policy.
Responsibilities include customer service, checking in products, store and warehouse organization, filling propane. Prior forklift experience is required.
