Benefis Health System in Great Falls, Montana is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our Urgent Care teams! We offer competitive compensation, great benefits, and flexible scheduling to accommodate a great work life balance!

Position Description

• Full-time = 156 shifts/year, flexibility in scheduling
• Experienced team of physician and advanced practice providers
• Clinic hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm and Saturday – Sunday 9:00 am – 6:30 pm
• Fast paced clinic with great support staff including experienced nursing, rad techs, and check in/check out for efficiency
• POC testing and digital X-ray located in clinic
• Medical group of 330 employed providers including various specialty providers available for referral/consult

Compensation and Benefits

• Hospital employed shift based compensation model with incentive bonus structure
• Health, dental, and paid disability insurance + malpractice insurance with tail coverage
• Retirement + 5% match
• Generous CME allowance – $6K annually
• Sign on / relocation bonus
