Summary

G2IT a ServiceNow consulting partner and recognized leader in Multi-Vendor/Multi-Platform Service Management & Service Automation solutions currently has openings for ServiceNow Architects and Developers in support of an enterprise level ServiceNow migration for a large civilian agency customer. The base salary is very competitive, the position supports remote work and requires US citizenship and Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of the ServiceNow applications within the enterprise
• Architect and design ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM and ITOM solutions
• Provide expertise on technical questions related to the development of ServiceNow functions
• Plan and create roadmaps and recommendations, sprints, and releases
• Provide demos for solution requirements, improvements, and development
• Designing and building integrations and interfaces with other systems
• Understanding and designing data models

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods
• Experience with ServiceNow platform applications, ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM)
• Experience with Discovery setup, 24/7 scheduling support configuration, level 1/2/3 tiers, etc.
• Experience with implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, jQuery, or Prototype libraries, Java, and CMDB or asset integrations in ServiceNow
• Ability to customize workflows, code Business Rules and UI Scripts using JavaScript to create custom applications and configurations on the ServiceNow platform
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP Web services protocols
• ServiceNow Certifications, Certified Application Developer preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
