Job Description :

The WelbeHealth Summer Intern, reporting to a an executive sponsor you will focus on strategy or operational work to impact, you'll assume work that challenges and stretches you as you drive continuous improvement throughout WelbeHealth. Keen interest in business and research that are excited by opportunities to influence and drive change. Similar to a consulting style project, you will assume accountability and ownership for projects during your internship at the direction of a WelbeHealth leader. The WelbeHealth Intern collaborates effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to promote the WelbeHealth values, team culture and mission.

Each internship assignment will focus on strategy and will have a wide variety of cross-functional assignments designed to develop your skills and experience aligned to your bachelor's or master’s degree program at an accredited university.

During the internship assignment, you will assume accountability on projects:

  • 2 weeks onboarding to PACE and Welbe, assignment of a “coach”
  • Defined project (or sub project) + team project + continual networking/program participation e.g., observe Quarterly Business Review (QBR), Operation meeting)
  • Career exploration and offboarding

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Visionary staying abreast of business trends and macroeconomic impacts to inform analysis and business strategies.
  • Analysis by identifying information sources, gather and interpret data, and perform data modeling and analysis to facilitate strategic decisions.
  • Storytelling through strong communication skills and familiarity using a variety of data visualization techniques to disseminate insights and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Partnering and working with teams across the organization to increase the impact of research, insights and data.
  • Strategic Project management working on projects that has real impact on our business.
  • Develop your skills as a leader through feedback and coaching from senior leaders as well as executive and peer mentors.
  • Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information about team members, participants, and families.
  • Follow WelbeHealth policies and procedures and participate in any required Quality Improvement activities, staff training and meetings.
  • Communicate regularly with Supervisor and team regarding workload and priorities.
  • Timely completion of all mandated trainings and education.
  • Timely completion of all mandated occupational health screenings as needed.
  • Exercises flexibility in performing assignments as business needs evolve.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree

  • Ability to thrive in a multiple deadline, sometimes stressful environment.
