The Palms Theatres & IMAX combines the entertainment and restaurant industries! Servers welcome guests to the dine-in auditoriums, providing friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all. We have an active management team that create a positive and productive work environment for all team members. Excellent customer service is essential. Part-time and full-time positions are available; hourly wage plus tips. Many positions include evening, weekend, and holiday availability. Cross-training and advancement opportunities!

Position details include, but are not limited to:

• Welcome guests as they are seated auditoriums or dining room.
• Maintain company standards for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation, and overall department profitability.
• Take, transmit, and deliver orders correctly.
• Knowledge of the menu and ability to make suggestions; answer preparation questions.
• Follow all safety and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• May perform other job related duties and special projects as required.

Minimum requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age. No previous experience required.
• Have the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
• Must be organized and detailed.
• Must be able to take direction and have excellent communication skills.
