Hilliard Office Solutions is looking for Sales Account Executives for the Abilene Texas region. The successful candidates must be entrepreneurial-minded and take pride in achieving individual objectives and measurable results through helping businesses save and contributing to the team goal. The outside sales consultants will serve customers by selling copier hardware, software solutions, managed print services, print services, and IT solutions. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. This is a profitable growth opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Candidates with Real Estate or Teaching backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet sales goals
  • Prospecting presentation skills and
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to learn Product knowledge
  • Computer use competency
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities:

  • Daily cold calls and networking
  • Identify selling opportunities and evaluate the customer’s needs.
  • Create frequent reports with sales, quotes and financial data.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Maintain and expand client databases within your assigned territory.
  • Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads.
  • Continue learning the industry throughout your career by attending meetings, sales events, and training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
