ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• · The Social Media Manager will establish Sunshine’s online presence and brand value by promoting the company and its products or services through the use of videos, photos, infographics or text posts on social media platforms, including new presence on emerging platforms
• · Work in tandem with the company’s digital agency partner to establish a firm foothold in specified social media channels
• · Film, edit, and post multiple styles of videos, primarily for TikTok, but also for Facebook and IG Reels
• · Organize and host live content, acting as a moderator of guest speakers, for social platforms
• · Create a content calendar and posting schedule to meet objectives identified by the VP of Sales & Marketing
• Develop organic and paid social media campaigns based on monthly reporting, provided by you, and census goals
• Update social media content across all channels and provide remote, real-time support for live videos and posting assistance during community events
• Moderate and support your community of followers by answering questions in real time (through comments and TikToks), taking feedback for future videos, and more
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Monitor and proactively increase social traffic, growth, and engagement performance across all brands
• Transform key data into actionable insights for all content stakeholders and assist in managing the social platform relationships (TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Proactively identify and make recommendations on poor-performing content and social channel engagement

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Must have at least 6 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

· Two years experience managing brand or company on Tik Tok

· Must have 4 years’ experience running paid campaigns; pixel knowledge and experience preferred

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing digital marketing, internet marketing preferred, but not required

· Prior experience as a content manager preferred

· Prior experience in in filming, photography, or graphic design is preferred, but not required HP123

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
