Qualifications:

• High school diploma or higher education is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience is required.
• Proven leadership and team building skills.
• Ability to create eye-catching and effective visual displays.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under stress and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is a must.
