Start-Up Attorney-Owned Title Company is opening on the West Coast of Florida.

Seeking Real Estate Title Attorney with a minimum of 1 year experience.

Location can be flexible - somewhere between Tampa and Naples.

The candidate should have experience in: Residential real estate closings and issuance of title insurance; Real property sales and acquisitions; Drafting and review of purchase and sale contracts and other related agreements; Review of surveys and title commitments; Working knowledge of TRID requirements.

The ideal candidate will be looking to grow a book of business using Snowbird's tremendous marketing and operational support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
