Job Description :
Hey there! We're Black Propeller, one of the fastest-growing digital marketing agencies in Maryland. We create innovative PPC advertising strategies for our expanding client base, and we have a blast doing it.
We're looking to add a full-time Digital Marketing Coordinator to our growing team. As a Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to train and specialize in either Paid Search (Google, Bing) or Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) advertising.
Once trained you'll join an account team and work closely with our Account Managers to deliver amazing results to our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Analysis of PPC strategy and performance
- Keyword and market research
- Ad copywriting
- Campaign development
- Campaign maintenance and optimization
- Building and delivering reports and dashboards
- Ad hoc data pulls and reporting
- Content creation

If you check all of those boxes, we're halfway there...But here are some other skills or qualifications you should have in order to be successful in this role:
- Bachelors degree
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and PPC advertising
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic Excel/Sheets skills
Bonus points for:
- Google Ads certifications
- Facebook Ads certification
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Internships or prior digital marketing experience
- Basic knowledge of WordPress
