We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation team and see our patients in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This job is for a part time or per diem Nurse Practitioner working 1-3 days/week. The days and hours are very flexible. For the right person, and if you wish, this job could transition to full time.

Compensation: $500-$550/day depending on experience

About You:

This job requires that you have:

• A valid NJ APN License with prescriptive authority
• A valid DEA
• A valid NJ CDS
• Excellent documentation skills

The ideal candidates will:

• Have an interest/or experience in the fields of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation/Orthopedics/Pain Management and a willingness to learn
• Be team players and work well with therapists and nurses
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Have sunny a disposition with a can-do attitude
