Olivier Group Wellness Center is located in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts in a beautiful seacoast community approximately one hour south of Boston. We are committed to providing exceptional care to all and guiding our clients along the path to mental health and wellbeing.

We are seeking a part or full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver quality mental health care to a variety of patients across the lifespan. We aspire to approach the holistic care of patients from a foundation of nursing theory and bring a comprehensive perspective to healthcare. The successful candidate will work as a team member with other nurse practitioners and clinicians to deliver premium care to each and every patient. This position can be in office, hybrid or remote, depending on the needs of the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner: Perform diagnostic evaluations and psychopharmacology follow-ups in a timely manner.
• Conduct psychotherapy as part of comprehensive patient care.
• Update patient records and check for accuracy.
• Utilize and analyze diagnostic tools and genetic testing.
• Deliver quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity and upholding the company mission.
• Serve as a resource for patient needs for ongoing care, information, counseling and provide necessary guidance for any critical situation or condition.
• 60-minute evals, 30-minute medication management appointments
• Client Populations: children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Masters or Doctorate prepared Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, licensed in the state of Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and in good standing.
• ANCC board certification as PMHNP or CNS.
• MD supervisor in place or attainable.
• Malpractice insurance coverage $1m/$3m minimum.
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Good interpersonal skills; ability to work with a team and take direction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Electronic Health Records, we use Insync/Qualifax
