This job exists to: Provide administrative support to the CEO, HR Director, CFO, Director of Operations, Behavioral Health Director, and Quality Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Performs a variety of administrative/clerical tasks for the company’s senior-level managers.
· Manage calendars and set up meetings.
· Uses multiple technical applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, email and internet.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
· Coordinate training registration, travel, and necessary accommodations for senior-level staff.
· Plan, organize and implement events, such as meetings, business luncheons and staff gatherings.
· Take minutes for assigned meetings including monthly Board of Directors meetings.
· Coordinate outreach efforts with graphics designer.
· Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
· Take the lead in a variety of miscellaneous groups and activities.
Position Qualifications and Experience:
· Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
· In-depth understanding of entire MS Office Suite.
· Experience with marketing across multiple media.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
· Must be able to meet deadlines in a quickly changing environment.
· A proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Professional level of verbal and written communications skills.
· Ability to analyze and provide meaningful reporting on survey responses.
