Our company is searching for an honest, hard-working team leader to permanently manage a team of general laborers in spearheading our ongoing expansion projects. The Project Manager would be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing the interior of our stores as well as on going maintenance on our current stores, and any other project the company needs completed. The project manager will need to work closely with the executives in the company as well as the owner to plan projects and meet deadlines. This position requires regular travel and over time, and you may be on the road 3 to 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage project development to meet goals and guidelines
• Submit permits to the city as needed
• Oversee a team of general laborers in setting up the interior of new stores and other general projects
• Develop project plans and determine deadlines
• Effectively communicate project guidelines to the laborer crew members
• Coach, motivate and supervise project team members and subcontractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work

Required Skills:

• Drywall repair
• Paint
• Basic electric (such as adding an outlet, no major electrical work)
• Heavy lifting
• Installation of shelves and wall hangings
• Basic construction and building
• Interior remodeling
• Ability to submit permit requests
• Effective communication skills

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
