• Take a project manager like role with projects
• MUST be able Perform HVAC & Plumbing estimating/take off and order material
• Provide technical support for ongoing projects
• Manage project from design/build through rough-in and finish, including ordering materials and project scheduling
• Represent the company in sales support role when negotiating for new work
• Represent the company as a design professional at project design meetings with contractors and clients
• perform job site reviews and progress check-ins
• provide support for all daily business operations
• Take engineering plans from review and submittal processes to finish and completion
• Manage and Support Install Crews
