Job Description

• Plan and manage projects from initiation, product development, validation to commercialization.
• Create project timelines based on internal and client standards
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive project requirements
• Communicate goals, objectives and priorities among stakeholders to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively and efficiently
• Ensure successful execution of milestones against internal and client timelines
• Proactively monitors project execution and updates team on progress throughout project lifecycle
• Demonstrate good problem-solving skills as concerns arise
• Convey information and concerns to appropriate parties in a timely manner
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-pace environment
• Actively lead and engage in client and internal meetings
• Capture meeting minutes and follow up on action items
• Ability to work and communicate with external material vendors
• Liaise between client, internal and vendor packaging teams to assist in packaging development
• Write standard operating procedures

Requirements

• 2-3+ yrs. project management experience in GMP regulated environment or pharmaceutical industry
• General understanding of pharmaceutical development process
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Extremely organized
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-motivated and proactive
• High attention to detail

Education/Experience

• BS in or equivalent scientific degree or equivalent experience
• Project Management Software – MS project, Smartsheet or Wrike
• Macola ERP System
• Experience in writing standard operating procedures
