Job description
This position requires excellent time management and a team oriented attitude. This position assists with design and pre-press production for a wide range of print projects including stationery, mailers, pocket folders, brochures and menus; and large format projects such as banners, window perfs, tradeshow graphics, working primarily in Adobe InDesign. This position has the opportunity for a hybrid work-from-home/office schedule once the probationary period has ended.

Your Day to Day
Daily responsibilities will range from design, editing and basic file setup, to creating dielines and formatting pieces for print production.

Responsibilities:

• Produce high quality, press-ready deliverables for a wide range of clients
• Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of intermediate level design work
• Perform assigned tasks within the overall timeframe, budget, and work order specifications
• Track time and log project status in our project management systems
• Adhere to established internal systems and processes
• Attend client or internal meetings as needed
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in Graphic Design
• 3-5 years of design industry experience
• High level of proficiency in Adobe InDesign is a must
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Acrobat, and Photoshop on a Mac OS
• Experience in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications; familiarity with time-tracking/project management software
• Well-versed in setting up files properly for commercial print and large format production
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines
• Ability to independently problem solve and prioritize work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with coworkers and clients
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team
