We are looking for a physical therapist or occupational therapist who wants to work on a contract basis for performing functional capacity evaluations or ergonomic evaluations. The evaluations must be performed Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm; however, you have flexibility on the times and days. Please submit a resume if you are interested. Pay: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour
