WHO we are looking for:

+ A speedy producer that thrives on delivering compelling design campaigns

+ Loves to find creative ways to communicate messages visually

+ Has a natural eye for perfection that easily spots errors, is familiar with shaping content based on data-driven testing and has some knowledge of tracking and directing artwork.

+ This person has some experience offering creative direction to photographers and videographers and can distill provided messaging/direction from senior team leaders, and deliver appropriate creative direction to contracted producers.

+Has experience creating motion graphics, and video editing

+ This person sees the glass half-full and enjoys teamwork, and a collaborative workspace.

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for the design of all marketing promotional items, activation pieces, as well as digital ads, social posts, and UX web design. This role has opportunity for growth and elevation. Must be able to identify task load of junior designer and build out job description for that role.

Marketing Director, Photo/Video Producers, Social Media Manager, Email/SMS Marketer, Copywriter

Day to Day:

+ Brand Development and implementation

+ Processing and trafficking all design ticket requests, prioritizing deadlines, both for internal marketing materials and external advertising requests, maintaining brand guidelines

+ Proficient in photo editing, vector-based design, layout for both print and digital, proficient in industry standard UX web design

Programs/Requirements:

Must be proficient in:

Adobe Suite (Psd, Ai, Indd, AE, +)

Figma

Google Suite/ Microsoft Suite

Project Management tools

Must have 3-5 years of experience with graphic design, working collaboratively with a creative or marketing team, a portfolio/website ready upon request

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
