The Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible to assist in assessing the need for, developing, and delivering physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• To provide physical therapy care within the PT scope of practice in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards
• Assist the Physical Therapist in the evaluation of residents as directed.
• Assist the Physical Therapist with the development of treatment plans as directed.

• Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as Physical Therapist Assistant in practicing state(s)
• Assume responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification.
• Covid Vaccine required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring
