We are currently hiring a full-time Junior Design Sales Associate in our Landscape Division. This entry-level position will be paired with a mentor Design Sales Associate to learn all aspects of Design Sales. This is an incredible opportunity to become a part of our award-winning design team and support our efforts towards a meaningful contribution to the Chesapeake Bay Watershed.

What You'll Do:

• Shadow our award-winning design team to learn all aspects of the Design/Sales role at Homestead Gardens.
• Learn and master the process of site consultations, base plans, takeoffs and estimates.
• Prepare documents for presentation to customers.

What You'll Bring:

• Excitement to learn, grow and develop while working with an experienced team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Design is preferred and/or three to five years of related experience.
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with an occasional Saturday as the busy season dictates.
