J. Edward Staffing is seeking a Pathologist Assistant to join a Large Healthcare Provider located in the Manhattan area

Type: Contract, 4-month contract, full time

Dept: Surgical Pathology

Shift: Day 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Rate: $1,500 - $1,600 estimated weekly pay

Requirements:

• Licensure required from NYS Department of Education.
• Performs and processes frozen section specimens. This requires extensive knowledge of anatomy, pathology, medical terminology and testing modalities.
• Performs x-raying blocks for micro-calcifications, fetuses with skeletal anomalies, etc.
• Must be COVID-19 Vaccinated with Booster
