Small law firm in Leesburg, Virginia with an active family law and criminal defense practice is looking to hire a fulltime associate attorney. This is a great opportunity for a newly admitted or young attorney looking to get real-world, practical legal and trial experience.

Responsibilities will include: client consultations, representing clients at trial and during negotiations, preparing legal documents and pleadings, and discovery.

Successful candidates must have the ability to work in a fast pace environment with time-sensitive deadlines superior, strong oral and written communication skills, be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.

Job Requirements include admission to Virginia Bar.

Compensation will include a base salary plus a percentage of actual fees earned throughout the year.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
