Part-Time Medical Malpractice Paralegal to join our firm working with a litigation team. You will be a critical thinker with great organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to anticipate needs/issues and provide solutions. You and the assigned legal assistant will be responsible for your separate portions of case management; the attorneys and clients will depend on you to be an important part of a successful case outcome.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

● A minimum of 3 years of current complex litigation experience, including trial preparation

● Prioritize tasks/deadlines for multiple cases - expert

● Experienced in state and federal e-filing requirements - expert

● Deposition and trial preparation – expert

● Docketing and electronic calendaring software

● Legal and medical terminology

● Ability to manage a high volume workload with critical deadlines - expert

● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - expert

● Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

● Stable current work history

● Ability to lift and load/unload boxes and equipment for transport to and from trial

● Perform other duties as assigned
