Seasonal Lead Retail Sales Associate and Sales Associate for Lionshead (Full Time 30+ hours/week preferred | Part Time considered)

Effective immediately to 4/30/2023 or upon agreement, we are looking for Lead Retail Sales Associate and Sales Associate for our store in Lionshead.

Your main tasks

• Professional customer service including active sales of all KJUS products. Connect with customers in a knowledgeable, genuine, and helpful approach
• Assist with store location set-up prior to grand opening and tear-down upon closure
• Assist with scheduling, re-order process, and reporting sales information
• Proactively cover staffing absences for various reasons
• Handle point of sale, returns, exchanges, daily opening/closing of point of sale
• Assist with Merchandising products to create a premium presentation of the store
• Retain a vast understanding of product knowledge
• Assist in planning and hosting in-store events and promotions
• Support goods handling: receiving product, labeling, merchandising, inform clients about delivery of ordered goods
• Restock sold items and support ordering for special orders
• Assist with E-commerce order processing
• Ensure a clean point of sales including floor, changing rooms, mirrors, presentation displays, etc.
• Required: ability to work weekend and night shifts

Your profile

• High school diploma or equivalent and preferably postsecondary certificate, Min. 2 - 3 years of experience retail experience
• Client- and service-oriented, reliable and flexible personality with a high dedication, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate people to deliver outstanding services
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
• Positive and social person who is able to sense the customers’ need
• Ability to stay calm and keep the overview as well as remain patient and keep the service level high
• Organized and works well with others
• A passion for outdoor sports industry

$18.00- $22.00/hour plus a generous commission of 1% on total store, full day sales, on any day worked a 4+ hour shift
