JUNIOR BROKER INTERNSHIP (COLLEGE CREDIT AND FINANCIAL INCENTIVES AVAILABLE)

This role will specialize learning from senior brokers in providing small businesses and merchants with full financial services including:

• Payroll
• Equipment financing
• Commercial real estate
• Term loans
• Merchant Cash Advances

Interns are responsible for performing the following tasks:

• Helping sell financial products
• Building a pipeline of business
• Managing client relationships
• Working well in a team environment
• Assisting Senior Brokers in closing deals

Interns are also required to follow set protocols and business practices to efficiently work leads, track the flow of information and accurately document all outcomes.

Our firm provides extensive and ongoing training in the various financial products available to our clients, an excellent sales support staff, state-of-the-art office space in Louisville, effective leads, and daily sales incentives.

As a member of our Sales team, you will always represent our firm's moral and ethical standards and be expected to conduct yourself in a professional and courteous manner to clients and co-workers.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• Some Sales experience, but not required
• Strong drive & competitive mentality
• Willingness to achieve success in selling
• An understanding of small businesses and aspects of commercial lending
• Record of closing leads, exceeding sales quota goals, and managing sales pipeline
• Technologically savvy; comfortable with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Strong cold-calling skills, or a desire to learn
• A drive for self-directed learning and personal development

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree (or working towards one)
• Relationship management or account management experience a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
