Operations Manager

Position Summary:

• Responsible for the successful and profitable operation of an onsite document destruction business. The Operations manager leads the overall route service function of the business. They are committed to the highest level of client service, safety, compliance and quality, while achieving performance results of the routes, equipment and team members of the service delivery organization.
• The Operations Manager supervises all activities, operations, and staff within a team of 10 - 20 persons and ensures that service commitments are executed to the customer’s satisfaction. Operations may include shredding, recycling and other services operated locally or shared with other Proshred service locations.
• The Operations Manager provides the overall leadership, motivation, and management to build and maintain an effective route service operation. He/she recruits, trains, motivates and manages their team to ensure all staff have the tools and knowledge to operate safely so that we meet or exceed our clients’ expectations at every interaction. • The Operations Manager builds and maintains profitable routes for all trucks and optimizes client service, revenue and margins. He/she is accountable for the maintenance and repair required to ensure all trucks are operated safely and responsibly minimizing cost and maximizing capacity and route density.
• The Operations Manager will strive to maintain targeted operating margins and service levels and bonuses will be paid on achieving or exceeding these and other Key Performance Indicators. The Ops Manager applies company best practice operating procedures at all levels and is accountable for all Operations being conducted in accordance with, and certified by, industry and ISO accreditation bodies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
