Seeking a Licensed Therapist (LPCC, LACC, LSW, LPC, LCSW, LAC) to conduct clinical Mental Health and Substance Abuse programming at our Lakewood location. The role is responsible for running therapeutic groups and individual sessions. Pay range is based on experience and credentials/licensure. Licensed Therapists pay range is $60,000-$76,000

As a Licensed Therapist, you will work alongside a cohesive team of experienced providers. Your responsibilities will be providing SUD and Mental Health therapy resulting in appropriate treatments. This position is full time with exempt FLSA status

Requirements:

• Current active CO license as a LPC, LAC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Ability to work independently, alongside of a cohesive team
• Licensed Therapist Must be able to work at our Lakewood, CO site
• Thorough knowledge of psychotherapy, substance abuse, and process disorders treatment modalities, not limited to: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and 12 Step Recovery

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide SUD and Mental Health therapy and treatment in accordance with best practices, policies and procedures set out by RRRC
• Facilitate group and individual therapy utilizing evidenced based practices
• Demonstrate ability to provide comprehensive and ongoing assessment resulting in appropriate treatment at the multiple levels of care provided at RRRC
• Ability to perform clinical assessments and develop strengths-based, client centered treatment plans.
• Continually monitor progress and re-evaluate appropriateness of goals.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Licensed Therapist must be of the conviction that alcoholism and drug addictions are treatable illnesses and constitute a public health problem. This employee must sign an oath of permanent confidentiality covering all client-related information. This employee must, on their own behalf, keep current all licensure and certifications required to qualify as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado. As with all other Red Rock Recovery Center employees, the employee in this position shall have no history or evidence of alcoholism or other drug misuse for a period of six (6) months immediately prior to the date of employment, and no misuse of alcohol or other drugs while employed with Red Rock Recovery Center.
