Human Resources Business Partner

Up to $85,000 to start plus bonus and great company-sponsored benefits

As Human Resources Business Partner, you will:

• Serve as a liaison and bridge between the HR Department and other internal Departments
• Develop and grow relationships with your assigned Departments
• Provide strategic guidance on matters of employee relations, performance management, talent development, recruiting, compensation and benefits, change management, safety and compliance
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership teams
• Provide guidance, coaching and support to Department Managers and Supervisors
• Uphold quality and compliance standards
• Drive performance, communication, engagement, continuous improvement and results through your strategic partnerships
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Escalate complex issues as necessary
• Manage special projects

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 5 years of Human Resources experience or similar
• Knowledge of Federal, State and Local Labor Laws
• A Bachelor's Degree

Pluses:

• +++ Any advanced degree(s) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related topics
