Under the direction of a design manager, the graphic designer upholds the brand's identity, produces package art, layout and illustrates product line drawings for instructional sheets, provide in-package collateral and ecommerce support. Additionally, you will participate in direct product photography and help plan lifestyle shoots.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide a strong design sense and understanding of brand language
• Attend product/package kick offs to understand brand strategy, marketing goals, and deadlines
• Create and amend structural designs to showcase key features
• Provide cross functional support for Brand, Packaging and Ecommerce
• Communicate with outside vendors
• Prioritize projects/workload to maximize support
• Execute vector line drawings of whole products and key product features
• Paginate instructional sheets and collateral
• Provide hands-on digital photography for product shots and direct photo shoots with talent
• Plan photo shoots, ecommerce blasts, and communication with talent
• Create post edit, plus-up, and resize images to support both print and web needs
• Responsible for file management/archive

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
• 1 - 3 years experience in-house design/project management
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure

• Great written and oral communication skills

• Problem solving & critical thinking in fast paced environment
