Requirements

• Facilitates and manages recruitment tasks for our facilities; coordinates and communicates with department leaders regarding open positions and potential candidates.
• Actively network through industry contacts, referrals, local events, community locations, social media, hiring platforms, etc. to find quality candidates.
• Work in coordination with our recruitment and marketing team to develop recruitment strategies.
• Create and post job openings on various hiring platforms.
• Screen applications and conduct candidate interviews.
• Build relationships with our facility locations and department leaders to coordinate recruiting efforts.
• Establish recruitment strategies and display a willingness to be creative.
• Recruitment and/or healthcare industry experience is desired but comparable experience will be considered.
