We are currently seeking an Experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric team at our Flower Mound clinic! Experience in Pediatric OT preferred. Our clinic is child/family centered and offers a team approach with Pediatric experts in OT, PT, and Speech Therapy. Requirements:

- Degree in Occupational Therapy

- Pediatric OT experience preferred

- Must be Independent, Organized, self motivated, and have desire to learn

- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and staff

Responsibilities:

- Independently administer, score, and interpret various evaluations

- Determine appropriate individualized goals

- Develop appropriate, fun, challenging treatment sessions

- Develop home programs that address specific goals

- Communicate well with team of therapists

- Incorporate positive reinforcement strategies

-Display a nurturing, fun, patient approach
