RESPONSIBILITIES

The Graphic Designer will report to the Director of Brand Marketing.

• Develop on-brand creative assets for any/all of The House of LR&C, Good Man Brand, or LITA by Ciara in response to marketing briefs, that meet the business objectives.
• Generate original concepts and designs with a fresh approach, bringing new life to existing image assets
• Work with Creative Director to take larger campaign concept and build out required, production-ready creative assets
• Ensure that the brands’ established look-and-feel and voice is implemented successfully across projects, helping to champion brand standards and maintain consistency across all channels
• Work to support evolution of our visual systems as we grow, where applicable
• Collaborate closely with Copywriter, Creative Director, & Creative Services, in production of assets
• Liaise with Marketing team (brand, social, impact, CMO) as needed to achieve best results and quality in a timely manner
• Assets may include, but are not limited to: email design, web assets, retail collateral & signage, social, and paid content
• Ability to attend hour-long weekly design review meeting

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years full-time, professional design experience, preferably with email and print background
• BA or similar degree in Graphic Design and Communications

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES

• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign: preferred qualifications
• Exceptional type and design skills a must
• Strong project management and organization skills
• An understanding of The House of LR&C brand, voice, and mission
• Extremely high attention to detail

• Ability to embrace curiosity and creativity, and can champion ideas with confidence
