Uptimize Design is a graphic design studio seeking a talented graphic designer who is detail-oriented with a passion for design. We're looking for someone to help us create compelling designs our clients will love. This position will provide an opportunity to work with a variety clients, industries and design mediums. No one day will be the same! A successful candidate will be a self-starter who is good at taking direction, but also thrives on being given freedom to create and manage projects from start to finish.

Part-Time Hybrid Position

Mainly Remote work, but you will need to be able to go on site to client jobs when necessary. Brainstorming sessions and internal meetings will take place in person as needed for particular projects.

Requirements

• Designer with at least 4+ years of professional working experience. Portfolio pieces to review will be required.
• Skilled in Abode Creative Cloud: must be proficient in Abode Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop.
• Being skilled in Photography, Videography, and Motion Graphics is a plus.
• Social Media Content Creation: Ability to create compelling videos and reels for social media.

We are looking for a well-organized, reliable person who is capable of keeping multiple projects ongoing at the same time. You must be a motivated individual who takes direction and can execute quality projects within specific deadlines.

Position Responsibilities

• Ability to execute a variety of graphic design projects including but not limited to branding, print and digital design
• Generates fresh concepts
• Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining creative credibility and professionalism
• Videography skills - ability to take video and make instructional and engaging social media content
• Assist in managing social media design, calendar and posting
