The Radiology Clinic is seeking a talented, ambitious Marketing Representative to join our growing team and help promote the practice. We a private practice radiology group located 20 minutes away from Downtown DC. As the practice has grown, so has the community we service!

Responsibilities

Marketing Representatives at the practice are expected to:

• Visit referring providers.
• Coordinate and conduct informational seminars/lunches with local provider offices.
• Distribute company referral pads, along with other marketing material.
• Attend marketing events including community events, health fairs, and local school events sponsored by the practice.
• Produce and distribute marketing material
• Plan and execute meaningful and practical marketing routes for maximum impact.
• Submit mileage logs
• Submit detailed marketing logs/interaction logs
• Manage and update company social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram)
• Keep abreast of the local medical community for opportunities
• Inform the office of new providers to be aware of

Radiology Marketing Representatives often schedule patents on the fly, modify schedules, and facilitate complicated exams. For this reason, Marketing Reps MUST have a basic understanding of the front desk. All new Marketing Reps are expected to train at the front desk for a minimum of one month before marketing in the field. Additionally, from time to time, Marketing Reps are expected to fill in at the front desk in the event of a major staff shortage.

Qualifications

Candidates MUST be eager, well spoken, and well organized. One year of marketing experience, or an EXCELLENT knowledge of the medical community in Montgomery County is required.

Candidates must have reliable transpiration and be willing to use their cell phone to do business (with a spoof company number if desired). Candidates will be given a company laptop for work related tasks.

Candidates should have a basic understanding of graphic art and/OR be well versed in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. (Note: Marketing requires the production of basic documents for promotional material. Being an expert is not required)
