Job Title: Construction Admin Assistant

Pay Range: $20-$25 Depending on Experience

Full or Part-time

Experience:

  • 1-5 years of admin experience.
  • Strong Computer Skills.
  • Highly Organized.
  • +Construction Admin Experience is a plus
  • +Bachelors or Associates Degree is a plus

The Construction Admin Assistant is responsible for general office functions and helps keep the office organized. Communicate with employees, vendors, and clients daily and assist the Project Manager and Estimator with their day-to-day tasks. Some of these tasks include answering the office phone, gathering and sending invoices to the main office, filling, maintain a vehicle maintenance log and scheduling appointments. Assist the Estimator with proposals and follow ups. In addition assist the Project Manager with submittals, schedules and notices. Most importantly must embody our Core Values - Skilled, Reliable, Lokahi, and Ho’oponopono.

Applicant Qualifications are:

  • Must be drug free and PASS a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Current valid driver’s license
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent written & verbal communications skills
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Strong computer skills, Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Drive
  • Job Location: Maui, Hawaii
