Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at Long Bridge Pizza Company. The successful candidate will have a passion for the restaurant industry, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of success in managing a high-volume establishment.

Long Bridge Pizza Co. was founded in 2014 by high school friends Neal DeNardi and Andrew Markoulis. We opened our modest 12 seat 1000 square foot pizzeria with a passion and vision to serve great pizza and become part of an amazing community. 9 Years later we have grown to 80 seats and 3500 square feet. We are grateful to call the Dogpatch community our home. We are looking for someone to work with us to take our company to the next level.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

Manage budgets and financial performance, including forecasting and cost control

Hire, train, and develop team members to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction

Maintain standards of health, safety, and cleanliness in the restaurant

Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and execute menus

Foster a positive, team-oriented culture within the restaurant

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a general manager in a high-volume restaurant

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor team members

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting

A passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
