Looking for a self-starter, someone who is organized, motivated, provides excellent customer service, and follows through. Retail sales experience is helpful but not required. Compensation is a base hourly rate paid weekly, plus a monthly commission bonus if earned. A base hourly rate will allow you to gain the tools and training needed to establish yourself and ultimately reach commission goals; you determine how much you make by the effort you put forth!

Some job duties and expectations include:

• Answering calls.
• Greeting customers on the sales floor.
• Assisting customers with flooring choices that best suit their needs.
• Setting appointments and driving to customers' homes.
• Measuring rooms and preparing estimates.
• Using a computer to create orders and processing the necessary paperwork.
• Problem-solving and multi-tasking.
• Working with customers from beginning to end and following up after job completion.
• Help maintain the showroom by keeping samples and displays tidy.
• Networking and building client relationships.

Work week is five days with Sundays off. We offer and allowance for cell phone, mileage reimbursement, and 401k plan with employer match up to 4%.
