The primary function of the Customer Service Representative is to handle inbound and outbound calling for the Quick Turns division. The CSR will document all client service requests as well as provide quality and efficient customer service to our clients.
Pay range: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with occasional overtime

Location: Our office is located in Grand Prairie, TX
Essential duties include:
  • Answer incoming calls, greeting all clients in a timely, friendly, and professional manner, and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform general administrative/clerical related duties in the scheduling department
  • Correctly input orders & schedule in internal system
  • Assist clients with any concern or complaint in a satisfactory manner
  • Open & close office and print & distribute end of day tickets & schedule for next business day
  • Be a team-player; work with office team & field supervisors to be able to provide clients with high quality service
  • Type & distribute bids in a timely manner
  • Assist in collection calls
Qualifications:
Must have experience in general contractor/remodeling or multifamily office
  • High school diploma required
  • A minimum of 2 years' prior customer service / call center experience
  • Proficiency in typing and MS Office suite (Outlook / Word / Excel).
  • Experience with multi-line phone system.
  • Some knowledge of the Multifamily remodeling industry preferred, but not required
  • Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational, time-management & multi-tasking skills.
  • Friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all clients and associates
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
  • Must be responsible for quality work
  • Must work well with others
  • Outbound call center/inside sales experience is a plus
