Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• A successful FP&A Analyst satisfactorily performs these general categories of duties. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collect, compile, and analyze complex business and financial information data from all affiliates of the organizational entity, and develop consolidated revenue/expense spreadsheets

• Analyze business results to create projections, reports, and presentations for review

• Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially related to financial metrics for sales, expenditures, and profit margin

• Assist in preparation of forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans with a variety of periodic ad hoc financial reporting, including actual vs budget reports with variance analysis and recommendations for corrective action

• Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of all affiliates and departments

• Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives

• Helps prepare global allocations for General and Administrative expenses from Headquarter support

• Help implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• 3-4 years’ experience in Financial Analysis

• Experience in budgeting, data analysis, and forecasting

• Exceptional business judgment; capable of driving results with a focused, pragmatic approach

• Proven ability to independently engage with key leaders and executives with limited oversight

• Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, while developing and implementing new approaches and processes

• Advanced technical ability in Excel and Database Management skills
