Overview:
The Director of University Recruitment will provide vision, leadership, planning, and execution for ATI's University Recruitment strategies which includes direct management of high-volume, end-to-end full cycle campus recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Core Duties Summary:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, senior leaders, and key business stakeholders to understand regional needs and drive cross-collaboration initiatives, while developing effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in pools of exceptional candidates.
  • Build and leverage key university partnerships
  • Develop and facilitate recruitment initiatives designed to increase candidate attraction.
  • Plan and manage activation of university career fair events including initiating contracts with partner universities, managing all forms of communication and elements of event planning, and evaluating value and cost effectiveness in accordance to strategy
  • Effectively source, hire, place and retain early talent through onboarding.
  • Leverage data to inform continuous improvement activities pertaining to candidate experience and selection processes
  • Work as part of a talent acquisition leadership team to identify ongoing talent development needs and process/efficiency improvements as well as innovative ideas

Qualifications:
Minimum Education

Required:
  • Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, or related field


Preferred:


Minimum Experience

Required:
  • 7+ years leadership experience
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience recruiting allied health professionals
  • 3+ years University Recruiting experience


Preferred:
  • Previous experience recruiting physical therapist/physical therapist assistants

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • High degree digital and social media fluency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a bias for action
  • Strong project management skills including setting and managing multiple priorities, attention to detail and organization
  • Proactive problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Timely decision making
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Strong team player
  • Occasional travel is required
