Job Title: Building Material Sales Representative

Customer Base: General contractors and subcontractors in the southern New England area.

Product Lines: Gypsum Wallboard, Lumber and Plywood, Steel Studs & Framing Components, Insulation, Drywall Accessories, Exterior Siding & Trims, Decking material.

Responsibilities:

• Generating high volume sales by identifying potential customers through a broad range of information and reports, including the internet, on construction activity in our market area.
• Soliciting potential customers in an effort to service their specific material needs for the project being discussed.
• Covering existing accounts and opening new accounts for these projects.
• Assisting in purchasing material requirements for newly acquired projects.
• Coordinating deliveries for these projects.
• Assisting in credit and accounts receivable management for your accounts.
• Assisting the company’s management in identifying new opportunities for growth.
• Bringing new ideas and enthusiasm to the company.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
